About Us
Eric Sorell - Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter/General Contractor
Eric's passion for making stuff spans two continents and over two decades. From his early days working on movie sets in Calgary with the Film Union, to renovating homes in sunny Brisbane, and returning to BC to start his own construction business, Eric has gained a world of knowledge and skills. Eric acquired his Red Seal in 2013, and is committed in the pursuit of professional development through courses and contact with mentors.
Jill Sorell - Architectural Designer/Carpenter's Apprentice/Admin
Jill gained her Bachelor of Built Environment (Architectural Studies) in 2007 from the School of Architecture at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. Whilst travelling abroad in the early 2000's, Jill met Eric in Lake Louise, where they found a shared dream of making beautiful and livable homes.
Eric and Jill feel they have a unique collective skill set - bringing formal design theory and practicality together in a creative way. Jill brings the ideas, and Eric grounds them in reality.
